This page explains how we handle your information and how our 
service works.

These terms keep jobs clear, fair and properly handled.

Quotes

Quotes are based on visible condition or inspection.
If hidden issues appear during prep or disassembly, we will contact you before continuing. Any additional work will be priced and approved first.

Bookings & Deposits

A booking secures your place in our schedule.
For larger or custom jobs, a deposit may be required.
Once work begins or materials are purchased, deposits become
non-refundable.

Turnaround Times

We aim to meet the agreed timeframe, but quality comes first.
Paint curing, weather, extra repairs, part availability or unexpected damage may extend timing. We do not rush jobs at the cost of 
finish quality.

Colour Matching

We aim for clean, accurate colour work.
Slight variations can occur due to:

  • Fading and ageing of existing paint
  • Factory inconsistencies
  • Different materials and shapes

This is normal in custom and restoration work.

Repairs

We repair parts as safely and cleanly as possible.
Some imperfections on older or damaged pieces may not be removable without replacing the part. We will discuss options before proceeding.

Pickup & Aftercare

When the work is complete, we will notify you for pickup.
Fresh paint requires proper curing and care.
We will provide care instructions. Following them is your responsibility.

Warranty

We stand by our workmanship. Warranty applies to defects caused by our process.

It does not cover:

  • New damage after pickup
  • Improper cleaning or care
  • Chemical exposure, accidents or impacts
  • Work modified later by another repairer or painter

If a valid workmanship issue occurs, we will correct it.

Photo Use

If you do not want photos of your completed job used online, let us know before or during the job. We will respect your request.
